CREATING ACTIVITY REPORTS

View high-level information at-a-glance on each customer’s profile and add a Customer Activity Report with just a few taps.

1. Select your desired Customer profile.

2. Tap the Paper and Pencil icon in the upper right corner to start an Activity Report.

ADD QUICK NOTES

The quick notes function allows sales reps to efficiently capture details and activities during every customer interaction in real-time, including checked inventory, introduced new products, completed credit form, customer reported issue, and more.

1. Add quick notes by tapping the (i) icon.

2. Select all that apply.

3. Be sure to ALWAYS select "Add Sales Summary" to have Spotlight generate a report based on the actions you took within the app during the meeting.
